Are there any other cell phones besides the Migo and Firefly that parents can restrict who can be called?

I am looking for a cell phone compatible with the Verizon system that I can restrict the outgoing and incoming calls and/or text messages. I have seen the so called "kiddie phones" and am looking for more of the traditional type cell phone with the options I described. Don't know if there is one out there yet.................
