Is Everest roller coaster and rockin roller coaster at disneyworld scary?

i just wanna know cause my famliy and i are going in a few months and my cousins hella want me too go on those rides but i hate whn my stomach drops like i dont like big dips fast is fine little sudden drops are cool but nothin big like magic moutian and big thunder road those are cool too me i can handle that so can let me know before i get on a ride thats gonna make me pee on myself lol thanks!!
