Why doesn't federal provided insurance?

provide family planning for me? The medicaid program provides women with their yearly check ups and birth control options. Why isn't there a program for men to get their yearly check ups and provide free condoms, vasectomy (if they want), or other forms of birth control? Kind of seems unfair to me that women only get provided these options. Are low income men not entitled to the same rights as low income women?
