Where can i find this commercial?

ok so im trying to find this really old commercial. I think its a visa commercial..not so sure but this guy and his gf goes into a tattoo parlor and he didnt have enough money or something and at the end it plays Richie Valens song "oh donna" does any1 know where i can find this commercial..ive already tried youtube but had no luck :-(
