How do I safely package & send frozen food (approx. 1 to 14 kilos) interstate in Australia?

Also, are there any products anyone can recommend other than dry ice and gel packs as I need something a little longer lasting (the items will be sent overnight, but just in case they take longer to get to their destination or have to sit on a doorstep which has a warmer climate.
