Is it anyway I can send or share files to my PS3 from my CPU?

Ok heres the thing..this computer is very old..its running of WINDOWS ME..so that means the highest version of the Media Player a could download is 9 and I know WMP 11 has the sharing option.So is it anyway I could do to get my music and videos over to my PS3 from here
