4dpo am I pregnant again?

My husband and I found out mid october that we were expecting. I found out really early like around 8dpo. The doctor wanted to see me again in 4-5 days to check my hcg levels to make sure they were rising as they should, it dropped to 2!!!! She told me I was losing the baby. One day later I started bleeding really heavy (TMI) I bled for 4 days. She said we could try again right away. We BD'd up to 3days before OV and then the day of OV....I am 4dpo now with pressure feeling and twinges and slight cramps here and there and can also see the veins in my (.)(.)...could I be pregnant again??!!
