Does a guitar hero tournament sound like a good fundraiser?

We are raising money for the American Cancer Society and were thinking as a fundraiser we would have a guitar hero tournament. Everyone would pay $2 and who ever got the highest score would get half the money and the other half be donated. Does that sound like something you would go to? Also do you have any other ideas for fundraising?
