Global Travel International airfare?

My mom is a member or travel agent for this company and if she stays at a nice hotel that costs about 400 or so, she will only pay 70.....Anyways, how can she get airfare? We are planning a trip to Acapulco and tickets for a 1 stop are around 700. What can we expect to pay? Can we book our flight through other companies giving the IOTA #????????
