Got problems whit my mojo, i really need help, i don't want to become another zodiac killer?

i got zero charisma whit women, i�m really angry and done of this, i have never ever got a gf in my life , however girls says im handsome, i barely had 2 womens that aproached me by themselves, but everyting ended badly, i have only kissed a woman in my life , (kinda a funny story), they say i am too kind, too cute, but they just go whit others boys, i laways see them dating another guys and droping me to hell, what should i do to recover a little of luck, by luck i mean skill whit women, any hel p will be really apreciated
