He really dumped me bc of THIS??

So after about 3 weeks of dating I finally brought him over to my apartment... to make a long story short he said the fact that I had magazines in my bathroom really grossed him out & since then has been ignoring my txts/calls. Hellooooooo I subscribe to glamour not hustler!!! I feel like I maybe should have taken them out but like what the hell?? do guys really get grossed out over this or do u think there's any underlying reason he's not contacting me???
