I always break diets & don’t like exercise except jogging but 2 "HOT" & not in the mood got 2 fit in 2 my D&G bikini 4my b-day in July soooo how much do I lose in a mouth & whn I feel im going 2 faint what should I eat (low calorie plz) I no the risks and plz no lecture's btw ih8 lecture's ( annoying like my MOTHER LOL) and THANKQ VM
