Isn't arguing about religion and God and spirituality sort of pointless and waste of time?

Should this section just be deleted? It's nothing but a spewing of negative energy, hate, convincing others to be like someone else, etc. In the end why can't you all people of different religions and lack of religions just get along and accept each other as equals and not see oneself better than anyone else?
