Other brands in the Australian V8 supercar series?

the v8 series has to be kept to ford and Holden the rivalry is legend and part of the appeal is everyone supports one or the other even if they don't follow the racing regularly i am a real fan my husband and i even arranged our wedding to be the day before bathust i never miss a race and will not continue to follow the series if they add other brands. the other brands have their appeal but not in the Australian v8 series it didn't work when they brought them in last time it lost many many fans
