Tax Rebates. Which S.S. number will they go by???

My husband and i filed jointly. i' uming he would be considered the "primary" since he made way more money last year than i did. but after reading Yahoo!'s story on how the tax rebates are being sent out early, and by the last 2 of the social security number......if we filed jointly....which s.s. will thye go by?????
