this country is the safest place to have implants. the dentists are regulated here and if anything did go wrong you would be better off in this country. the dentists abroad are not regulated and having seen some of the work done in india and Budapest i would strongly advise about going abroad. there is a interest free credit scheme in private dentists but there is no way on this earth you will get them at the price you quoted! find out where the nearest dental hospital is and offer yourself as a volunteer.
