Which one is the best bowler waseem or waqar?

certainly wasim akram.though waqar younis had a deadly yorker which troubled most batsmen.both were good exponent of reverse swinging.but wasim akram had a prolonged career lasting for almost 18 yrs. he still is highest wicket tacker in odis 500+ wickets and also has 500+ wickets in tests.he is the only person to have taken two hattricks in test matches and that too in the same test. even waqar has admitted that he learnt a lot frm wasim akram.what else?
