Would you think this would suggest that religious doctrine is antiquated?

While I don't support abstinence-only programs, there was just as much premarital and the attendant STDs and pregnancy before Bush got into office and started the abstinence-only programs. A MIX of abstinence and other methods is what works, and what we need.
