It's a clip composed by commercial music producer Glyn M. Owen and it's called 'Zig-a-dee - Zig-a-dac,'. It's owned by Reebok and was recorded specifically for the commercial. The song is a pretty blatant ripoff of 'e-pro' by Beck. The visuals in the commercial are even similar to the music video for that song. If you like the song in the commercial just go buy Beck's version.
