I lose my network connection 1 hour after logging in?

I lose my connection to the workplace network 1 hour after I log in from my workstation, including weekends. Happens everyday like clockwork. I've updated the NIC drivers, changed the PC (but not the H/D), changed ports but it still happens. There must be something in my profile or on my H/D, right?
