What is wrong with transmittion?

ihave a dodge truck ,trans problem no reverse drive gears ok .gearshift linkage ok,park sprag ok, rear band new and adjusted,rebuilt rear servo,direct clutch ok,overdrive ok,front clutch new,thurst bearing ok,direct clutch spring ok,line pressure on aculator 60psi,rear servo pressure at idle is 175psi with throttle lever fully forward pressure will not go beyond 175psi. it should be between 236-280.can any one help thanks.
