Whatever became of the two border patrol agents that were sent to prison for shooting a drug dealer?

Sadly, they are still sitting in prison. It has been proven that the federal prosecutor lied and suborned perjury, yet the Justic Dept. or WH won't lift a finger to help these agents. Their case has been a disgusting blot on the Bush administration.
